They continue to play with the website. Now it displays a black page saying "GiTS 2004", and the following Google text ad:

I swear, this is not a doctored image.

The ads Google selected seem quite curious too:

• Downloads from dot-anime.us. I only knew about that site as the location of the industry blog with no site feed, but now it does downloads too? Huh.
• Anime at target.com. Woa. They are still at it after their much publicised failure to sell anime retail and the removal of all anime racks.
• Bandai's own products. LOL Google.
• "Comfort with Style for Men & Women Shoes for the Otaku Generation!" — any commentary is superfluous.

I'm wondering what their click-through performance is.

And apparently, G00 and Gurren-Lagann weren't the only announcements to come from Bandai Ent. I just hope they won't overstretch themselves and die like ADV before I get my GL.

UPDATE: I jumped the gun on this one, the website was in transition. They are announcing GiTS2:Innocense on Blu-ray. Yea, amusing.
