I read the manga at the recent club meeting and liked it, so I picked its derivative, Ichigeki Sacchu!! HoiHoi-san OVA.

The art is very cute, but there's basically no material in it: only 11 minutes of running time. It's longer than Azumanga VSM or Strike Witches OVA, but unlike those, HoiHoi-san does not stand on its own at all. There's no story. It's pure service for the fans of manga.
