It didn't click here until Steelbound linked it, but the director of Idolm@ster is the guy kicked off Gurren-Lagann. Not good, unless he reflected deeply, trained in the mountains, etc. Even then, remember how Yamakan received his second chance with Fractale?

Steelbound also thinks that A-1 makes good-looking anime. I beg to differ. The trailer looked as unfinished as anything that they do. Dance will be fluid, as for the rest, they aren't J.C.Staff.

I'll still watch it, of course. Just cannot imagine why anyone else would.
