Some people continue to grapple with the concept of moe. The thing which amuses me here is the genesys of the very concept, because of its singular uselessness. I wrote about anime for years and never needed to use the word "moe". You might have better luck finding "loli" than "moe" on this blog or other my blogs (and I cannot guarantee that "loli" was used even once, all I'm saying I can imagine its use). In a way, "moe" reminds me about such fine products of liberal scholarship as "subalternal" and "governmentality": purely made-up concepts, meta of meta, pouring of empty into unfilled.
