Mouryou no Hako

Another series on my "never to watch" list this season is Mōryō no Hako (via Tokidoki (Swedish)). It's followed a little wider than the hapless Macademy, although mostly at team blogs which can afford ultrawideband coverage, such as Scrumptious and THAT. In case anyone wonders what is so bad about Mouryou no Hako, check a brief, but informative article at Iwai ni Hana: basically, the glorification of insanity. I remember how this kind of stuff made even Terry Gross of NPR to question writers and herself. Most geeks lap this stuff up though.

UPDATE: Martin says that it's "excellent", which may be true, but it's still a serial murder case. Not interested in the slightest.
