Before I had a chance to admit my defeat about "koriorifoosu ni chuui" (see picture), they spoiled it by translating a similar sign in Starship Operators 04. Turned out they meant Coriolis Force.

Looking at the speed of movement in the corridors, things must be falling extremely slowly, even with the small size of the structure. At a glance, the floors meet eye level of a 2m tall person about 10m away, give or take. So, the structure is about 40m in diameter. Little wonder that tea takes forever to reach the cup and deflects.
