Chris Beveridge reminded me that Crunchyroll offers an iPhone application, and since iPhone and iPad have no Flash, that application surely has to have a way to access the videos directly from the Crunchy's CDN (with proper authorization and advertisement injection). But if so, nothing should stop Crunchyroll from offering applications on other platforms, such as Android. With all of my distaste for TV-like streaming, it would picque my curiosity if it were to happen.
