As far as the looks go, Kokoro Connect is like Mexican KyoAni. The character designs reek of the K-ON!-school of animation, but the quality is anything but. Body proportions are botched, and fluidity is nowhere to be seen. The background art and music both follow the trend, being so bland and insipid that it’s almost painful.
He's not kidding about K-ON. Aping is just painful, without any almosts.
