Numbers do not lie: the frequency of posts at Ani-nouto is decreasing. For 2007, 295 posts were archived, for 2008 - 643, and for 2009 - 575. Honestly, I was struggling to keep up as Project Hail demanded more of my time. Also, I lost taste of anime in a great degree, although on second thought it became less clear if Nanoha actually caused it or merely was a bad show at a bad time. Either way, I expect Ani-nouto to continue to decline in 2010.
